Daniel Nivern

Daniel read Modern Languages at Oxford University and subsequently studied a Masters of Science in Chinese and Economics at the University of London. He lived and worked as an English teacher in France and Germany, before teaching in Hengshui, Fuzhou and Beijing, China. He is the Managing Director of China Consulting Ltd (http://www.china-consulting.co.uk), which supports UK companies as they enter the Chinese market.

Daniel has conducted research on the comparative levels of English ability in China and India and the effect that this has had on the structure of the two economies. His work has been featured in several publications including The Lawyer, Money Market, E-Business, Accountancy Age and the China Britain Business Review.
