I spent six months teaching in a small town in Shandong Province.
My school was really supportive and gave me a 2-bedroom flat and
the fastest bicycle in town. At weekends, I usually went travelling:
sometimes to Bejing, sometimes further afield - your local salary
will take you a long way!

The highlights for me were hanging out with other teachers (Chinese
and foreign) and the three-act play we put on at the end of term.
50 of my best students acted in the play and 500 of their classmates
came to watch. Several of them said afterwards it was the best thing
they had ever done.
Go with China Recruitment: you'll have lots of fun and do things
you never thought possible. Be prepared for some strange moments,
because you'll get to see the real China!
